Blaenavon Closed

After a busy days flying on Blaenavon on bank holiday Monday, the Club received a number of phone calls of complaint from local landowners and graziers. Jim spent most of Tuesday on the phone to the local authorities, the landowner and DEFRA to try and clarify the situation.
Restrictions are currently in force governing movement of vehicles and animals on the land and blood tests are also awaited for animals just down the road at Llanelli Hill. Consequently DEFRA has asked us to close the site for flying.
