Sea area Finisterre renamed FitzRoy

The sea areas used in the Shipping Forecast as broadcast by the BBC changed on Monday 4th Feb. The southern boundary of areas Plymouth and Sole, and the northern boundary of areas Biscay and Finisterre were realigned along the Metarea I/II boundary at 48°27' North. At the same time, sea area Finisterre was renamed FitzRoy.
